Purple Hull peas!  This year, I'm attempting to grow them organically.  I chose to grow "Top Pick" from the Wax Seed Company.  I've grown them conventionally in the past because of their ease of picking.  They are a non-running pea and the pods primarily form at the top of the plant (thus the name - "Top Pick"!).
